WhatsApp needed an agency to take command of their social pages and fill them with fun content that shows people all they do to help them communicate with their loved ones around the globe.

As their agency of record for social, we planned their entire content calendar, quarter by quarter, then created posts, stories, tweets and reels for every occasion, product launch and feature.

We showed off WhatsApp’s privacy features with playful posts that highlight the app’s capabilities like Screenshot Blocking and 2-Step Authentication.

We celebrated International Women’s Day by highlighting impactful groups on WhatsApp where women help women through a number of situations like infertility issues, as a community.

On Valentine’s, we showed couples that although they might not be together physically for Cupid’s day, or speak the same native tongue, they could still be fluent in each other’s love language with WhatsApp.

WhatsApp’s privacy features are no joke. But they can be a bit hard to understand if you don’t know the terminology. So we broke down techy privacy jargon like End-to-end Encryption and Blocking, so people understand exactly how the app keeps their convos safe.
